About The Descent: Part 2
Available on 4K in the US for the very first time, The Descent: Part 2 follows the return of Sarah Carter, as she emerges from the Appalachian cave system which stole the lives of her friends in the original The Descent movie, thanks to some very cunning and very bloodthirsty deformed cave-dwellers.
Forced back underground to help rescue the team searching for her missing girlfriends, Sarah’s memories fracture as she deals with a heightened level of PTSD and claustrophobia, knowing full-well what lurks in those caves. Unfortunately for the rescue team, they’re about to face a new tribe of cave-dwelling deformed crawlers. Ones that are even more vicious than those Sarah encountered before.
It’s a vicious confrontation that amps up the lore established in the first movie and, sadly, saw the end of the franchise. If you’re a horror fan and in the US, this is a release you don’t want to sleep on.

The Steelbook Artwork is by Matt Ryan Robin and sports a sinister dark look that leans into the claustrophobia horror that Celador Films released almost two decades ago.
